Read Build Grow is a guided process for turning business reading into clearer thinking and meaningful application.
This course is designed to be used while you are reading a business book. Each lesson gives you a thinking lens to use as you read, helping you notice what stands out, reflect on what it means for your business, and decide what deserves further attention.
The process follows three stages:
Read Intentionally
Pay attention to the notes, quotes, questions, and ideas that capture your attention as you read.
Reflect Deeply
Consider each idea within the context of your business. Think about fit, timing, capacity, requirements, and what the idea could change.
Apply What Matters
Decide which ideas should move into Apply, which may be useful later, and which can be left behind.
Throughout the course, you will continue reading your book, choose ideas to examine, use a different thinking lens in each lesson, and record what becomes clearer.
You can follow the course alongside the Book of the Quarter and Read Along, or use it with another business book at your own pace.
